FAQ 2018-05-01T22:06:14+00:00

– Why is iSoccerPath different than all the other Recruiting Services?

We are not a recruiting service!!! In fact we have taken our program to the NCAA and put it through their assessment protocol and have been given a “non-recruit service” approval. We have this approval on not only iSoccerPath but our sister company College Soccer Panels.

This mean that we can work with your son and daughter specifically to teach them how to communicate with a coach the way “THEY” want to be communicated. When a player is identified as an iSoccerPath client, college coaches know they have been properly vetted in all areas of the process and are ready to be added to their radar to open their emails, watch their videos and attend their games.

– How is my son/daughter evaluated each year and do we get the evaluation?

Each College Premier player will receive an evaluation during their first 30 days of membership by video, transcript and test scores (grad year applicable). Our staff, made up of current college coaches and National staff coaches, will evaluate each player and provide a video review and a Division and Conference recommendation to help set the path for the best course of action to pursue becoming a student- athlete. College Kick-Off clients will receive their soccer evaluation from their current club coach or Director as part of the iSoccerPath placement service.

– Do we have to play for a local club to be part of your program?

No. In fact we are happy to help players from all clubs and areas throughout the US. Our soccer directors, admin, and education consultants have worked to help student athletes at every skill and grade level get recommended to Universities and Junior Colleges in almost every State in the US.

– Does my son or daughter have to be an elite player playing at the highest level to get into iSoccerPath?

Absolutely not. We at iSoccerPath pride ourselves on getting every level of player who wants a chance to become a student athlete that chance. We feel our programs are designed specifically to help players at every club no matter what club league or division they play in. We specializie on players who may not be on the “A”team or 1st team in their club. Our program works for every player at every competitive team level at every age group.

– How does the education consultant part of the program help our family?

Our education consultant will review high school transcripts at the end of every semester as well as PSAT, SAT, and ACT scores each year to make sure they are in line with the colleges your son or daughter is pursuing. We make sure that all clients know the current 16 course NCAA requirements and update their Eligibility Center file. We do stress that because your son or daughter’s academic record may not match with their on-field ability, and our programs are designed to help both the parent and player understand the best fit for both as you go through high school.

– How is my son/daughter evaluated each year and do we get the evaluation?

Each player will receive 1 evaluation during the year consisting of college recruiting video, club coach eval and any other evaluations received by coaches that work with your child. Our staff will evaluate each player and provide, within 30 days of receipt of video and transcripts, a Division and (1 to 2) conference recommendation where they are suited for.

– Do you offer any referral or scholarship programs?

Yes, we offer both referral and scholarship programs! Please see our Referral & Scholarship page for more details.

– What is the current College Athlete Advisory program and how does it work?

This program is one of a kind and designed solely to support your son or daughter. Our Directors have coached several players who are currently in college or recently graduated and have successfully gone through the recruiting process. Some of these men and women are not only playing in the top programs in the US, but are top students and All-Academic performers for their schools as well as in leadership positions and more! Your son or daughter in our Premier 11th and 12th grade programs will have the ability to speak with them one on one to ask advice, get help, or simply just talk about how to choose the right college. We have found that teenagers sometimes feel they can open up with players that are near their own age versus coaches and parents when it comes to choosing a soccer program, and want to make sure our iSoccerPath student-athletes are supported in every way possible.

– What if my son or daughter is a goalkeeper? Do you offer the same programs and opportunities?

Yes. Our Directors include goalkeepers who played in college and professionally and specifically handle goalkeeper evaluations.

– What is your cancellation and refund policy?

We have put in place a no questions asked cancellation policy that allows you at any time to opt out of the College Premier Program with 30 days notice. Our College Kick-Off Program does NOT allow for cancellations as the program is a year program paid upfront. If there is a career ending injury or family issue that come up we do have an internal policy that will allow for a “pause” in your membership, until such a time when you would like to restart the program. We do not want to receive money for a player that is not able to perform on the field.
